Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your gear arrives ready for adventure.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, all socks (bike socks, casual socks, hiking socks, fleece socks) and insoles cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for Approval – Our Vermont-based team will review and send you an RMA number if approved
  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation

Return Shipping Options

  • Standard Return: DHL or FedEx (faster processing, customer pays)
  • Economy Return: USPS or other postal service (customer pays)

For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item via standard shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive email notification of receipt and approval status
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your initial email, specify the replacement item (size/color)
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process your return

If your desired replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.
